TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

To purchase from the online store www.novellshop.com you must be 18 years of age or older. It is NOT necessary to be a registered user.

If you wish to avoid entering your personal and payment details each time you make a purchase, we recommend that you create an account. In this way your data will be saved and you will not need to re-enter them for future purchases.

Add all the products you want in your cart, then click on “Confirm purchase” to complete the purchase. We will ask you for the shipping address and the customer address (you can use the same address for both).

We take this opportunity to inform you that all shipping costs of our online store are free (within the Spanish territory, except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla).

PRICES

The prices indicated for each product include Value Added Tax (VAT) and are expressed in Euro currency (€). These prices, as previously reported, include shipping costs.

NOVELLSHOP may change prices at any time, but any changes will not affect orders or purchases for which the User has already received an order confirmation.

All prices shown on NOVELLSHOP.COM are valid except for typographical or computer errors.

NOVELLSHOP reserves the right to cancel an order or part of an order in the event of an obvious computer error regarding the price of a product published on this website.

Likewise, NOVELLSHOP reserves the right to refuse an order from any User with whom it has a dispute or there have been problems in the payment of previous purchases.

PAYMENT METHODS

To finalize the purchase, you must choose the payment method you wish.

The payment methods accepted at NOVELLSHOP are: Credit or debit card, Bizum, Bank transfer and Paypal.

– Bank transfer: you can make a bank transfer from your bank or directly deposit the amount of your purchase in our Caixabank bank account.

We inform you that we will not consider the order effective until we confirm the corresponding deposit in our bank account.

Payments by bank transfer may have a delay of 1 to 3 days depending on the bank and the day of purchase.

Orders not paid within 7 working days of order confirmation will be automatically cancelled.

– Credit or debit card: you can pay us through the main cards in the market (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, AMEX, …). Through the leading Redsys Virtual POS in Spain, NOVELLSHOP guarantees maximum security and confidentiality in all purchases made in our store. We use the SSL security protocol and all data related to your credit/debit card purchases are encrypted and transmitted directly to the corresponding financial institution, which accepts or rejects the payment.

We also take this opportunity to inform that the Redsys Virtual POS payment gateway uses the 3DSecure system redirecting the data to secure servers without the online merchant being able to access or store them.

– Bizum: you can pay us through the Bizum service, if you have a Bizum account.

– Paypal: payment through your Paypal account

Our online store guarantees secure payment and we do not store any data.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

In accordance with current legislation, products may be returned, for any reason whatsoever, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order.

To return the merchandise, you must contact our customer service department by sending an email to info@novellshop.com in which you will inform us of your intention to return the merchandise and in which you must include photographs of the item so that we can check the current condition of the item and that its packaging is in perfect condition.

You can return the item/s you have purchased in our online store, as long as the packaging is in good condition and it has not been used. The product must be sent in its original packaging. If so, the product(s) will be refunded in full.

Otherwise, the item may incur a depreciation of its price, which would result in a partial reimbursement. You would previously be informed of the amount of the depreciation.

Also, there are some circumstances in which NOVELLSHOP will not accept returns:

– No returns will be accepted for items that have been used.

– No returns will be accepted on custom-made or made-to-order items.

NOVELLSHOP reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadlines or items that are not in the same condition in which they were received by the customer.

NOVELLSHOP reserves the right not to refund the full amount paid if the product is deemed to have suffered depreciation (e.g. the item is not returned in its original packaging or is in poor condition).

When returning an item, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

What happens if the product arrives broken or damaged?

Of course, it can be returned without any problem.
It will be necessary (upon receipt of the product) to note any visible damage on the delivery note (two copies) and take a photo of it.
Also document graphically the damage, in order to be able to make a claim to the transport company.

In the event that you accept receipt of your package without notifying the carrier of any incident, it is assumed that it has been delivered complete and in good condition.

In the event that the customer requests the cancellation of an order, NOVELLSHOP will refund the full amount of the order (or the amount corresponding to the item(s) to be cancelled in the event that there are more items in the same order). If, on the other hand, the order has already left our warehouse, the customer shall bear the cost of shipping the item.

The refund will be made using the same payment method selected by the customer when paying for the order through our online store.
