Yes, all our products are made in satin white color.
Yes, all our prices are VAT included and shipping costs are free of charge. All prices shown on NOVELLSHOP.COM are valid except for typographical or computer errors.

Once the order is placed, whenever necessary, we send a technical drawing before starting the manufacturing process. So that you can validate it and proceed with manufacturing without errors or misunderstandings.

Warranty and Returns
The warranty of any product sold by novellshop.com is total in terms of material defect, manufacturing defect or failure in the measures validated by novellshop.com. A product that arrives broken by the shipping company is also fully guaranteed, since all our shipments include full insurance.
A product that has been broken due to misuse or that does not have the correct measurements due to a bad validation of the manufacturing drawing will never be guaranteed.
All our products are manufactured on demand, that’s why the warranty we can give is exclusively for novellshop.com’s own failure or material defect.
